This 375SF studio is perfectly located right where you want to be tucked away in the famous Mission Beach area with a large, private patio area! Discover laid-back living just steps from the sand at this Mission Beach studio.

Fully furnished and situated less than a block from the beach, this convenient retreat comes primed for a couple's getaway or solo escape. The boardwalk and oceanfront restaurants are just a short stroll from home. This home offers a full kitchen, a full bathroom, portable AC unit, beach essentials galore, and a superb location for your beach adventure. This house hosts a queen size bed for you and ample room to spread out! Bring your pup with you to this beachy escape so he/she does not miss out on the action of Mission Beach!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:

Studio - Queen Bed

No parking is offered, but there is free street parking in the surrounding areas. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance.

3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.
Please note that this home has a camera facing the front patio area.

Two (2) person maximum occupancy.

Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Amazing location!
We had an amazing time at the beachy keen studio! The location was perfect and is between mission beach & pacific beach, 30 steps away from the beach. The studio had everything we needed to cook and a great patio to enjoy at night. We also really appreciated the quick response to a broken hose. We hope to come back in the future

This little cottage was the perfect location and size for us as a couple. We enjoyed the area and the amenities. Clean, nice outdoor seating and very comfortable bed and pillows. Would book this again and recommend it to friends !

Proximity to beach is amazing! Just enough off the boardwalk to keep it quiet, but close enough to really enjoy all that the beach and area have to offer. The place had a really nice kitchen set-up, with all the amenities to cook from "home." The bed was really comfortable. A few bits of critique - The floors need to be cleaned better, the shower head is not great, and the outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned before guests arrive.

Close to beach, perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. It is exactly 87 steps to the boardwalk. There is a grocery store and laundromat that’s a 15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked, but for those who are really picky just know that there was not a dishwasher as stated in the listing. If you are only two people, there shouldn’t be a need for this in any case. There was no dining Table which was good because it would just make everything crowded. We enjoyed having our meals outside. Lovely little sitting area with a barbecue. The patio cushions are a little worse for where and the one was torn so initially it doesn’t look great But that’s really a minor thing. We were very happy with this unit and would certainly considered renting it again. It’s also priced very reasonably for where it is located.

Nice studio, close to the beach and great restaurants. Open layout with skylights. Our first night was a Saturday and all the neighborhood lights were a bit much for sleep. This is the only VRBO I've rented that the managers called to check on my stay, that was a nice touch.
