As you enter the ground level, you'll find a sunny fenced-in patio with a table, Adirondack chairs, shade umbrella, and a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The entry leads to a ground-level king bedroom, a hall bathroom, and staircase to the living area on the second floor.
The main living level features dining table for six adjacent to the living area with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV. The vaulted ceiling with skylights brings an open feel to the space and lets the sunshine in! The open kitchen features clean, white quartzite counters with herringbone tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances, including a convenient wine-fridge.
Beyond the kitchen, there's a hall bath with a shower and another king bedroom. Upstairs on the third level, you'll find a loft room with a small sectional sofa, fireplace and TV. This makes a great place for the kids to hang out away from the main level. Just off the loft is a powder room, as well as the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds.
The 3rd level also features a small rooftop deck with two chairs and a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and views of the local area.
