This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. A little more attention to wear and tear would get this property back to the standard I experienced on my first stay.
In saying all of this, the water cooler on each floor was appreciated, as was the water and candy station located in reception. I would stay at this property again despite the mentioned issues.

I like the room, we stayed in a suite and the space was amazing. The balcony was not impressive, as ours faced another building that was very close to our location and didn’t offer anything special besides looking at a crummy block wall. Service and people were super nice!

Good cell coverage for a big convention. Parking is under the convention center and few parking spots behind the convention center. I would not leave the parking under the convention center when everyone else is leaving as the wait is long.

Simply take Harbor Blvd to the Convention Ctr. You drive past the marinas and it's gorgeous. Even though you pass through the airport, it's not a super busy airport like LAX so you'll get through it pretty fast. sure beats taking the freeway and getting stuck going through downtown.
