Da consigliare per comodità e cura del servizio
Ottima posizione, affaccio sul lungomare, silenzioso, confortevole, ben arredato in uno stabile moderno con finiture di alto livello. Dotato di garage e terrazza vivibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo se paragonato ad altre offerte della zona. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Arredamento perfetto e ottima posizione
Finalmente un appartamento a San Benedetto del Tronto arredato con gusto, pulito e minimale. Perfetto per famiglie numerose è perfetto spazio esterno per colazioni e pranzi con le famiglia. Bellissime le camere da letto e complete di ogni comfort. A pochi metri dal lungomare sulla spiaggia! Molto gentile la proprietaria! Consigliato vivamente!

NON PIENAMENTE SODDISFATTI
Purtroppo la sistemazione non ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative, infatti, già all'arrivo l'appartamento non era ancora stato pulito e l'impatto è stato deprimente siamo dovuti ritornare due ore dopo. Inoltre abbiamo notato mancanze per quanto riguarda la dotazione della cucina. Quello che ci ha colpito di più è la posizione fronte mare, bellissima, anche se bisogna fare i conti con la strada trafficatissima (rumore e gas di scarico) sconsigliato a chi ama la tranquillità.

Belle vacanze
Appartamento molto bello. Posizione perfetta. Prezzo corretto. Unice lacune: 1. In gran parte degli appartamenti si trovano beni di base lasciati dagli inquilini che ci sono stati prima (sale, olio, carta di toeletta, ecc.). In questo modo non si è costretti ad acquistare queste cose (anche si costano poco) e poi portarli o addiritura buttarli via. 2. E' simpaticissimo trovare una bottiglia di vino bianco locale. Sarebbe perfetto poi trovare anche i bicchieri appositi. 3. La porta d'ingresso è di una qualità discutibile e amplifica ogni piccolo sofficino di vento in un bel rumore nell'appartamento.

Meraviglia a due passi (reali!) dal mare!
La prima cosa che mi ha colpito quando sono arrivato in questo fantastico appartamento è stata la vicinanza al mare realmente due passi! E soprattutto la pulizia e gli spazi! Siamo una famiglia numerosa (4 figli!) e finalmente abbiamo trovato una casa con tutti i confort, appena ristrutturata con arredi pregiati per accoglierci insieme nello stesso spazio! La padrona di casa è gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo già prenotato per la prossima stagione!!!

Great Location, very good suite
The location is great, very convenient to get anywhere. The condition of the house when I arrived was very good, clean and well equipped. When I was not sure about how to operate some items in the house, I sent email to IIaria and she replied instantly - very helpful indeed. I would say this place is a great value for staying in San Benedetto del Tronto. Certainly, I will stay here again for my next vacation trip.
