Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Well maintained, very clean, and private! The backyard had plenty of room for activities. They even provided games and recommendations for things to do around the area. Highly recommend this home!

Check the location
The home was super nice, the area however was not so nice. Within minutes of the home are hundred of unhoused people and we did not feel the area was safe. The home did however have security windows and compound like walls around the property. A motorized gate and security system is also a plus for safety.
