This custom-built home features an open floor plan that allows guests to spread out and enjoy multiple seating areas and activities. The main living room features a comfy sofa, love seat, leather armchair, and bar top seating – providing the perfect view of the 55" 4K Smart TV. All the TVs in the house have YouTube Live, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Beachbody on Demand running on them. Just around the corner is the game room – featuring another comfy sofa with dual recliners, and an oversized chair with an ottoman. But the best part of this room is the Arcade Pac Man Machine, foosball coffee table, board games, and another 55" 4K Smart TV. The game room is the perfect spot for kids to retreat to and watch their favorite show, while still being close to the rest of the family. High ceilings, crown molding, shutters/drapes, new lighting and faucets, and fresh paint add designer details throughout the house.

Step into the beautifully manicured, private backyard and enjoy the pool and hot tub with a water feature, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. The lush hedge provides plenty of privacy, while decorative Mexican Pottery accents add the perfect San Antonio touch. Seating includes pool loungers, a patio table with seating for 6, and 8 additional patio chairs. Plush pool towels, pool noodles, patio-friendly dishes, and grilling tools are provided. A convenient half bath is located downstairs, just steps from the pool. The property is dog friendly and provides plenty of fenced-in yard for your furry family members.

The living spaces, kitchen, and two dining areas flow seamlessly together. The kitchen features seating for 12, while the dining room features leather seating for 8. A leaf for the dining room and two additional chairs are available. This open floor plan overlooks the pool and outdoor seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances - to include Double Ovens, Glass Cooktop, Coffee pot with Stainless Steell Carafe, Keurig, Blender, Mixer, and Full Sized Toaster Oven. In addition to stone and glassware, the home is stocked with patio-friendly dishes. Please only use plastic dishes outside.

The stately, primary master bedroom is downstairs featuring a grand California King Bed. This oversized room features soaring ceilings with a ceiling fan, custom shutters, and seating. This grand suite features a 50" 4K Smart TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom retreat features an oversized soaking tub with bath salts, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a seated make-up vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. Iron, Ironing Board, Hangers and a luggage rack are provided.

Upstairs and apart from the other bedrooms is the second master bedroom. This room features a king-size bed, a 50" 4K Smart TV, seating, and a private bath. Across the house are 3 additional bedrooms featuring 43" 4K Smart TVs. One room features 2 double beds, one room features a queen bed, and the remaining room features a queen bed with a built-in workstation. The bathroom features dual sinks and a divided layout, allowing the shower to be used privately from the sink area. All the bedrooms feature an Amazon Alexa, USB charging enabled clock, ceiling fans, reading lights, extra blankets, and black-out curtains or shutters. All bathrooms have a hair dryer, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wipes.

Lightning-fast internet plus a dedicated, private workspace provides the perfect place to work from home if needed.

For your furry dog family members, a pet bed, bowl, and crate are provided.

Guest access
The entire home and facilities are available to guests. There is one locked closet in the 1st-floor hallway for maid supplies.

We are in a tight cul-de-sac. In-street parking is only available for one small compact car. We will be monitoring street parking to ensure the neighbor's driveways are not obstructed.

Other things to note:
The pool and hot tub are open year-round, with Heat for the Hot Tub provided and included in the booking price. Heating the pool itself is a separate fee of $50 per day and can be added at any time. (If it is below freezing outside we will not be able to accommodate heating the pool since the equipment will default into freeze protection mode.)

The pool area is accessible through the home's back door. A door alarm is provided to help families monitor door activity when traveling with children. The neighborhood is a quiet family community! Quite hours are from 10:00 pm – 8 am. We love our neighborhood and respect our neighbors. Please be mindful of quiet hours and observe house rules. We will be monitoring the noise. Tampering with the noise sensors is prohibited.
