「Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! 」

「The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions, we are not talking about luxury, we are talking about functionality. We didn't feel like we were missing anything even for a moment. One recommendation: a little diversity at breakfast would not hurt.」

「Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. I had explained that that was the reason for our holiday and hoped they would do something a bit special, such as leaving a bottle of wine or a cake...

「Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,..」

「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」
