"The Chalet is a13 minute walk from the Obertraun train station. It is an 8 minute walk to the bus to Hallstatt. Obertraun is a picturesque, peaceful village away from the crowds of Hallstatt. "Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!"

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "
