"Over all we liked staying here. The home was nice and clean and sitting out on deck at night listen to the waves was lovely. Some things i would add would be a canopy for the deck for day time sitting. Things i didn't like was the walk to the beach it wasn't a far walk but up a hill loose sand with my back problems made it a little uncomfortable. "This is the best beach house we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for the two of us but easily accommodates more. The furnishings were beautiful and the welcome gifts were such a nice touch. The whole house inside seemed brand new…the owners were great and you could tell they put a lot of thought into everything to make sure their guests would enjoy their stay. The location couldn’t have been better…oceanfront and right on the beach. Hopefully will have another opportunity to stay there again....

"This was a last minute trip for us. At first, it was easy to book and the availability was nice since they did not require a one week stay and we were literally fitting this trip in between two events. "We had a nice stay. We liked how close it was to the beach. You do have a very small view of the ocean. This unit is right by the main road so the noise is the only downside. The outdoor shower didn’t work but otherwise everything was as listed."

"We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. "The house & location were great. I wish there had been a few more simple amenities-sponge, salt & pepper, tin foil, etc. Our only complaint was we were notified that within an hour we had to get home to get our dog bcuz pest control was coming. So we had to cancel reservations for an excursion to get home without any prior notice. Also, the AC broke, so first we sweat & then we couldnt go anywhere so that they could come work on it for 2 days. Obviously, not their fault, but we lost vacation...
