Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. 「Pros: -close to beach- the little path shown in pictures is not how you get to the beach. You walk through A clearing in the bushes and then you get to the paved access road. 「Everything was great!」

「The best view of the beach and night stars from the top deck, right outside the bedroom. Watch the sunrise from your bed. Quiet, clean, pretty, spacious. Lots of balconies and porches, private gathering area under house with hot tub and swings. Kitchen .」

「Our experience was excellent. We could not have had a more responsive owner. Immediately returned calls and asked repeatedly if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for more! Ken is the best!」

「After literally hours of hunting a vacation rental that checked all our boxes, we choose the Sea Breeze Cottage. With a private pool, hot tub, short walk to the beach, and covered parking, it really fit the bill. The beautiful backyard and turtle pond was an added bonus! At first, it was easy to book and the availability was nice since they did not require a one week stay and we were literally fitting this trip in between two events. The house was everything that we expected and need. Unfortunately we didn’t get beach time with Hurricane Debby but we still had much needed relaxation. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The staff were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful, answering all our questions about the accommodations and the surrounding area. The efficiency apartment was spotless and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable for a restful night's sleep.Additionally, the beach is just a short drive away—only a couple of miles. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay」

「Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. 「We loved staying at "Beach Boys"! There was plenty of room for two adults and four teens; nobody ever felt cramped. The beds were very comfortable (and extra blankets were available for anyone who sleeps cooler), there were plenty of towels for the six of us, and the kitchen had more than enough dishes/pots and pans/utensils/etc. for us to cook a few dinners in.
