-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Other Details to Note:
☀️ The full-size sleeping area is created by expanding the couch with an additional cushion. We provide bedding for this setup, but please note that it is not a traditional mattress.
☀️ The outdoor patios and hot tub are shared spaces, similar to a hotel setting.
☀️ The thermostat for the entire house is located in the other unit. There is a set minimum and maximum temperature range to ensure your comfort. If you need any adjustments, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
☀️ Security cameras are installed on the outside premises, including the driveway and outdoor backyard area, for your safety and security.
☀️ For the upstairs shower- to adjust the temp: the shower temp is hot first then cold when fully turned.
☀️ This is a 2 unit house, this unit is located on the bottom floor and has a separate entrance and is totally private from the other unit.
1. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Sound travels easily to the other unit, so please do your best to keep noise down. We appreciate your cooperation!
2. No pets are allowed on the property.
3. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property due to high fire risk. Please leave the neighborhood if you wish to smoke.
4. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
5. Please do not move any furniture during your stay.
6. You will be charged for any damage to the unit or any missing items.
7. The garage is off-limits to guests and remains locked.
8. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
9. Do not remove or tamper with smoke alarms.
Hot Tub rules-
1. Please do not bring glass or food into the hot tub
2. Do not leave any trash in the hot tub
3. Please always put the cover back on the hot tub after you’re finished using it
