"Very clean and spacious!"

"This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy."

"清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us. Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. "Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "

"Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas. "

"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "
