"Clean, sterile, functional. Rather like a renovated older Motel 6 in the states. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. Spoke enough English to help. Good shower (no tub). "There is no front desk on site, you have to get your key in a bar next street, despite a parking on site and an «entrance » sign… Also breakfast is served no later than 9:30 and rooms have to be returned by 10am (they accommodate 1or 2h extra) Restaurant closes super early as well… Bathroom was gross… Bed had hair in it!… Overall would def pay the extra bucks for an additional star!"

"Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again."

"The property is set in a lovely hamlet where you can leave the doors and windows open all night with no worries. Both pools are excellent and regularly maintained by the host. There is everything you need provided in the well appointed kitchen. Yann is friendly and on hand to help when/if needed. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing time."
