Le Cargo - A 300m de la plage de Rochebonne

In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 45 m² apartment, 300m from Rochebonne beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² shared garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms: one with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
You can enjoy a shared garden with furniture, plancha, beach shower and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Guter Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Übergabe war etwas holprig, da der Agent nicht englischsprachig war. Trotz Mehrparteienhaus war die Wohnung ziemlich leise. Die Lage war für uns absolut großartig - 200 m von Strand, Bäcker und einer guten Bar.

À deux pas de la plage du Sillon. 🙁 L’accès à la buanderie par l’extérieur, l’éclairage de nuit inexistant sur la descente de cave, ce qui m’a occasionné une chute sans conséquences graves fort heureusement (menton éraflé et pouce contusionné). De plus l’accueil n’a pas été très chaleureux, et inexistant au départ et à l’annonce de ma mésaventure."

Agence très reactive et disponible. un seul bemol: la maison a été divisée en 3 appartements (r d chaussee) 1er et 2eme étage. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et malgré des locataires très calmes, nous avons été très génés par le bruit de la cage d escalier et de leurs pas au plafond (descente à 6h15 du matin, dur dur pour des vacances)"

Le Cargo "Magnifique séjour en terre bretonne 🙂 Tout , absolument tout!! le quartier calme,(bien équipé cependant de petits commerces de proximité) , proche de la plage et d 'une magnifique jetée qui vous emmènera de façon très agréable jusqu'à St Malo et ses fortifications (1h de marche tranquille environ ). L 'appartement ,son confort ses équipements ,sa propreté .L accueil et la disponibilité de l 'hôtesse Julia pour la remise des clés . Tout vous donne l envie de réitérer un séjour en cet appartement .Ce que nous ferons très certainement lorsque nous reviendrons sur St Malo ! 🙁 Juste un tout petit bémol le manque de confort des assises du salon et leur capacité d accueil nous étions 2 mais pour 4 personnes (capacité d accueil de l appartement )c est juste ...Il y a parfaitement la place pour un canapé un peu plus grand et un peu plus confortable peut être La décoration en revanche est extrêmement jolie et raffinée ,ce dans toutes les pièces ."

En revanche nous avons appelé une dame car une des portes ne se fermait pas et cette porte donnant dans les communs la dame de l’agence de st Malo a été très froide et a remis en doute ce que je disais . On entend tous les bruits du logement du dessus (déplacements, chasse d'eau, douche ) ainsi que les va-et-vient dans la cage d'escalier . Mis à part ces quelques désagréments, les prestations sont de qualité dans l'ensemble."
