"My 1st time renting and it was amazing. Place was clean, and had more space than expected. Bathrooms were very clean. The area was close to everything. Nothing to really complain about but 1 bathroom wasnt working and the dryer, which it wasnt a big problem. If i ever come back. I will rent again. Thank You "

"An absolute pleasure. One of most unique, spacious, gorgeously decorated hotels at which I’ve ever stayed. And this is. It even to mention the amenities which were beyond my ability to explore on a two day work trip. I hope to have the opportunity to return and fully enjoy this one of a kind space. "

" Just off Bourbon St, but was fairly quiet area. Nice coffee and bar below. Only concern is parking, which we booked ahead based on reviews and it was a saver. Love that the room has full kitchen and laundry! Would definitely stay again! "

"We loved the location. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony because of the crazy loud construction going on in front of the building. Had I known, I would have chosen a different room. Other than that inconvenience, it was a wonderful stay!!"

"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"Stayed here for st Patrick’s weekend. The staff were so pleasant and kind! Landed a little earlier than scheduled and thankfully we were able to check in early! I didn’t get the front desk girls name but she was so sweet gave us the best recommendations followed by a map and coupons! I was skeptical due to the other reviews but I’m so glad I booked here. French quarter is only a 10 min walk everything was clean and thankfully it’s close but also far enough that it’s quiet when you go to bed."
