「We enjoyed our stay in this home! Lakefront views are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and wooded yet easy access to Duluth. Lots of seating for relaxing. The layout of the house is curious - as mentioned in some of the other reviews, the bedroom and bathroom in the loft are somewhat open to the living area which makes it feel less private - not a problem for us but may be a consideration depending on your group.
