About this space
Welcome to a cozy getaway in our home. The home is available for family friendly gatherings and outdoor amenities include pool, BBQ area and a Basketball hoop. Pease note that the Garage is not accessible but there is ample parking in the driveway for three vehicles. There are 3 rooms with full size beds and one room has a queen. There is also a futon that can turn into a bed if needed.
The space
There are 4 rooms. 3 with a full size mattress and one with a queen size mattress. There is one futon sofa in the rear living room that can be used as a bed.
Guest access
Garage is off limits and there is no laundry accessible.

The spa heater is not working, so it functions as a pool.

The rear office is not accessible.
Other things to note
If you are using for an event or a pool party and plan on having more than the allotted amount of guests of 8 people, there is a surcharge of $200 no exceptions. Extra guests cannot sleep overnight and should be leaving by 11pm.

Family in town
I had family in town so I booked this house so we can all stay together. Jason and I had an open communication about renting his home. He promptly responded to my questions. The home was very spacious. There is a living room and a family room. We used the family room to play games that were provided. I liked how there is 1 bedroom towards the front of the house and 3 bedrooms in the back of the house. We were able to enjoy the pool as the weather was 98-100 degrees. My family and I enjoyed our time together.
