"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "

"Aceasta cazare la doamna Rodica (mama proprietarilor) a fost pur și simplu perfectă. În primul rând vreau să remarc cat de ușor a fost să comunic ei. Doamna Rodica este atât de caldă și atentă la orice detaliu. Cazarea în sine este extraordinară. Ai la dispoziție mese, grătare, piscină, saună, jacuzzi, și balcoane la fiecare cameră (dacă la etaj). "This is a really nice hotel - probably the best one I stayed in on my trip. It's ideally situated right opposite the historic center, lavishly furnished and my room was spacious and light. The restaurant is awesome with high ceilings and huge windows facing out on to the street. Only problem is the wifi which was very slow."

What an experience ...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful. You will enjoy your stay if you are into medieval style of living, i.e., creaking wood floors, antique furniture, arched beams. The room we stayed in was very spacious. They allowed us to park in their private driveway. Breakfast was also delicious showcasing traditional Romanian dishes and cooked breakfast. I highly recommend this place."

"This is the best experience we had during our travel all over Europe Owner and staff was very helpful. Free coffee served. Rooms are clean and there is a kitchen for personal use. We felt like we visit our relatives It was like a home to us Location is great very close to old town Owner helped us to go to train station he did not charge for the ride Even He brought my hat to the train station when I forgot it at the hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel You will love it like us "
