「Our bed wasn’t very comfortable or pillows but others we stayed with said theirs was fine, so just unlucky for us. We stayed for a wedding and service was fantastic. Good food and drinks x 」

「Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value.」

「Overnight stay as we were visiting family nearby. Room was quite small but clean. Small bottles of shower gell etc rather than larger bottles in dipensers, simlar for the jam at breakfast. Would help with plastic waste. Staff were lovely and very helpful especially those serving at beakfast.」
