"Every single staff member were lovely and always greeted us with a smile. Room was pretty much what advertised photos show (we had the family room). The hotel could do with with refresh as it looks a little outdated. Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the Main Street but at the same time, only 5-10mins drive from the town centre which is convenient."

"At surface level, it looks good but once you get settled in - it’s nothing more than your average hotel that prices itself as a 5-star hotel. The staff was very nice, and the activities available were nice to be able to participate in but the restaurant was over-priced for below-average food (minus the breakfast buffet, that was awesome), the pool was not well-maintained, and it was pretty far from everything.
