"I had a pleasant stay at the charming and quiet Yambi guesthouse. The guesthouse is not in the business district but cheap transportation is easy to find 100 meters away."

"Staff were very helpful and organised taxis etc. Room was large , bed comfortable and had good wifi. There was a bar and restaurant although I did not dine there. "

"No cold or hot water at all, a lot of mesquites in side the room, window has gab not secured, if requests anything they will say ok but never show up. Finally they bring me water by buckets and they have two dogs at compound at night time crying for the whole night. I was there for 8 day3 I am really disappointed "

"it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. "

"After reading how in the ghetto's in Africa, you have to be careful if you are white. We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. It was the best home or business in the area that we saw. But...
