The hotel is in a good location for sight seeing in Nairobi itself and as a base for other activities such as going off on safaris to more far off places. The staff were friendly, hopeful and approachable. Entry security was strict as it should be these days in Kenya as we all wish to stay safe. A great base to start ort finish a holiday in Kenya. "

Great facilities with multiple dining options, a beautiful bar area, very good workout facilities, etc. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in all ways - helping with shuttle service, food, and special needs. Copntact them ahead to arrange airport pick-up! We especially enjoyed spending time chatting with Beatrice, Collins and Maxwell. HIghly recommend!"
