"The location was nice. The first desk staff at check- in were very helpful. I was sad that the hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated during my stay. Also the breakfast attendant did not anticipate the needs of guess and there was several people waiting around to get breakfast items. "

"We were in town for a conferences at The Mansion Theater. We felt very safe and cared for by all the staff. They fulfilled all our requests in short order! We were especially impressed with Doug in maintenence. All employees seemed to actually enjoy working there! We stayed in a 2-room family suite. Lots of space!"

"Big Cedar Lodge has accommodations for any family/group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly try to have entertainment for kids to adults. Food was delicious at the restaurants that we went to. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be."

"Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. the drawers on the dresser would slide open and not stay shut. Had an issue with the tv but was fixed right away. Negative was trash around the property but the guests should clean up after themselves before it gets to that point. Grandson only wanted to ride the slides and did a few times before a worker told him he wasnt tall enough but they also didnt measure him. Broke his heart. He was sliding with his mom and dad. I brought his dad when he was young...

"The room was clean and fully stocked. The back lot parking was on the premise, but it was a very steep incline to the building. I had an elderly person with me which made this a slight concern. I would recommend this location, again."

"Overall - great. Located about a mile from the strip, which was nice (last year we stayed right on Hwy 76 and it was loud). Clean. Only real complaint: there was a plastic covering over the mattress (under the sheet) that could be felt thru the sheet that made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Staff was really nice and helpful. "
