Property is beautiful.staff needs to do a better job with accommodating guest. The valet was amazing they helped with everything directions, luggage, calling taxi

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!

A very great experience staying at Gevora hotel. The staff was amazing at all levels. A very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was great and amazing with a lot of veggie options! We had dinner at the Mezzanine and Owsum and Lokesh are amazing at customer service!
