"Nice rooms on the shore of Lake Hamilton. Well appointed. However, if I had it to do again I would insist on an upstairs room. The people who where in the room above ours where quite noisy! We could hear them talking, the kids hooping and hollering and stomping across the floor. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay."

"It was mine and my husband's 5th anniversary. We were treated so great. The shower wasn't draining and we had to get maintenance at 5:30 in the morning. They came out quickly and house keeping followed behind. "

"We stay here every time we come to Hot Springs. We know it’s clean, safe, has great amenities around it, and we love the staff. They know exactly who we are and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. "

"Nice hotel near the National Park. The staff are so nice and honest. We left a very important item when we checked out and they called us about it. We picked it up in a hurry and everything is accounted for. So appreciative. Shoutout to Nick and the cleaning staff."

"It was a great motel, except the tub wster made a loud rattling noise when you tired to ajust it. Hard to get WARM water. Only bad tthing. Great breakfast. "

The stay also includes a free breakfast which was very good. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a nice place to stay. I can't say enough good things about this place!"
