"This was a wonderful experience! Well appointed and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck and comfy beds. Hot shower was great. Boat reno and decor is beautifully done. Location is perfect for walking to everything. Kayak use was such a treat and great to get on the water. A few kayaks need help with seat backs, but we had no problems; there were others to choose from. Felt very safe in town and in the Net shed. "

"Our stay was wonderful. The boat is located in a great downtown location walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The boat itself was comfortable and clean. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom. The common spaces were nice, clean and we had everything we needed. Communication with Michelle was clear. Overall it was a wonderful and quiet stay. "

"This property was beautiful. We were able to see Mt. Rainer one of the days through the huge windows. The view is wonderful. It was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. "The property was as advertised. The pictures do not do the actual view justice. Magnificent view! Fantastic! Access to the house was easy. Close to amenities and a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was always prompt. The house was well laid out, bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Outdoor patio was comfortable. The property was great. We would definitely recommend it."

"Cute little place to stay! Super clean and everything you need. Street parking was weird but we figured it out. You could hear the upstairs people’s foot steps but no worse than being in an apartment. There’s a fan in the closet that is loud enough for white noise. I would recommend maybe some curtains because light still gets through and brightens up the place in the morning. Overall my cousin and I enjoyed our stay and were very happy."

"We really enjoyed our stay here and were so glad we found it after our first accommodations fell through due to fraudulent listing. I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email. That process made me nervous and kept me awake at night even though it all seemed to turn out fine. "

The grandparents arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and met Tom and Phuong while they were finishing up preparations for our arrival. "My daughter and I had a perfect stay at the Magic Lantern tiny house. The design was perfect for maximizing space (it didn’t feel small at all!) and all the windows really brought nature in. We enjoyed eating berries off the vine and watching the chipmunks and birds do the same. Penrose State Park has a wonderful beach (turn right at the T for the best access) as well. "
