"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them."

"We loved the home. Mostly we just slept there since family in town was hosting our 2 day combined Christmas & Thanksgiving. But when we returned home in the evening we hung out in the arcade room for about an hour. Bedroom options were very accommodating, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & soap dispensers. "I booked this and did not get a message until the day of that the property was not available. I had already paid the 2 full payments and had to pay for 2 hotel rooms for the 4 of us. Several people tried to contact the owner Ike who is renting this unit out illegally. No response as of yet. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!"

"My family and I wanted a great meeting place for Thanksgiving that could accommodate great space and entertainment for all ages , this home did not disappoint. I loved all the various sitting areas , heated pool (heats very well ) , and playground . Outside around the pool is so beautiful to just sit and socialize . The owners were very good at communicating back in a timely manner and very sweet. I would definitely book this home again. "
