"So cute! It was plenty spacious, and had a lovely back patio/yard to hang out in. The town was great and had a bunch of fun places to eat. The host was fantastic and super helpful. "Amazing stay! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. There isn’t reception but check in was clear and easy. We had some nice bites ready for our breakfast. "The staff were very friendly, approachable and welcoming. The unit was a good size for the number of people with a good selection of kitchen supplies (plates, pots, cutlery etc) making self-catering an easy task. Beds were comfortable and the linen fresh. The only thing we found a bit difficult was the bathroom/toilet layout. however, having a combined bathroom/toilet room would give the same issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Colonial Court and would be happy to stay there again. "

"Convenient breakfast situation, pleasant restaurant next to venue. Pleasant and attentive staff. Rather basic room, but scrupulously clean and incredibly helpful and pleasantly friendly cleaning staff. Great location for walking access to Museum of Waikato and Art Gallery. "

"Second time staying here and my husband and I got to use the exact same room we wanted at request which was great. The facilities are quite basic but it's value for money if you're mostly planning to go out to the nearby shops, restaurants, the casino or other places in Hamilton CBD and then want a lovely bed to sleep and relax in later. It could use a bit of a better cleaning service as we noticed a lot of built up dust behind the bedside tables but otherwise the sheets, bathroom & towels were all lovely & definitely sanitary. The decor of the VR is also quite beautiful with the high ceilings & color pallete. Thanks again for another wonderful stay."
