The Villa was beautiful. The location was very convenient. The hot water didn’t work on the first day and even after it was “fixed” temperature was closer to luke warm. Customer service sucks. No manger on-site. Very hard to get a resolution. We were promised vouchers to Dezerland Park Orlando because the property is still under construction and we never received them despite calling multiple times.

Property was beautiful. Restaurants a bit expensive especially the food and drink inside the water park area. You're not allowed to bring in anything other than water. So food and drinks we're very expensive
