We never got to check in. I had requested a early check in. No answer to owners phone. This is not a guest house. It is a room in a apartment building. The good was owner refunded my money

Nice B&B right near the Vatican. Staff was pleasing, courteous and nice. Note that there is no restaurant on the premises so you’ll have to go to one of any number of nearby restaurants.

Air conditioner didn’t seem to work and the street was noisy with lots of traffic and exhaust, so opening windows wasn’t a good option. No front desk so very little contact with staff. They were very responsive prior to check-in, but be clear- these are just rooms for rental.

Perfect area and great service
Amazing area to stay in, near the Vatican and a short walk to the metro to go to all the touristy areas. We loved this area because we found some amazing restaurants to eat at for a very reasonable price. We tried to eat at the smaller places and some amaizng wine bars in the area too.

Nice room in a great location. Walking distance to metro and restaurants. This is an apartment complex; the apartment was turned into rooms for rent. Bathroom and shower were small, and there is a smell that comes from the drains. We only noticed it briefly when coming in from being out all day and then it dissipated. The owner seems to not speak much English so don't expect much. For the price, location and cleanliness (minus the smell in the drains) I would return. The complex was also very cute with a large door opening into a courtyard.

Sistemazione gradevole ed abbastanza confortevole. L’unica pecca ... camera con affaccio diretto sulla strada con notevole disturbo causato dal rumore del traffico urbano.
