While the location was fantastic, the hotel was terribly run down. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.

A unique experience for a property that seems out of time. The rooms are conveniently located minutes from many attractions, such as the Colosseum, and the block it is situated on has many wonderful dining options that are reasonably priced. The room has all you basic needs, is clean and Loreto was helpful and kind. Would definitely consider the Nicolas Inn in the future. Thank you for a safe and enjoyable stay.

This property advertises as having AC however, the AC unit in my room was so weak it did not cool down the room. It didn’t make a difference if the AC was on or off. The tiles on the floor are not glued down and can come off. There were several moths in the bathroom and what looks like mold in the shower. The area is a bit sketchy but it is extremely close to the Colosseum and restaurants. Overall, I do not recommend this accommodation and I will never return. I recommend reading the google reviews too.

Very central location, no lobby so was hard to know where to go when you arrived. Elevator wasn't working, luckily it was only one flight of stairs and we travelled with hand luggage. We thought breakfast was included but we were mistaken. Room was clean but a little tired. But for the location, it was good value.

The location of this property is the best! Steps from Colissee and Foro Romano, as well as multiple dining options and a 500m away Metro station in both directions. The room itself was simple but clean, although the bathroom has some mould in it. The concierge is friendly enough and helpful.

Simple facilities but a really good sized room and bathroom in an excellent location for sightseeing ( v close to Colloseum & Roman Forum) and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Gentleman who checked us in very helpful with sorting an airport taxi the next day. Great value - would definitley stay again if visiting Rome. NB Sign outside v small so not the easiest to find!

Comfortable and affordable. Close to Coliseum. Approximately 20 minute walk to train station. Walked multiple times. Even walked from Vatican city even though it was a far walk. Food establishments right there. Loreto (owner) met us upon arrival. Very personable and helpful. Helped carry our luggage up 2 flights. Arranged taxi for return to airport. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Great Value Stay
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything in the room worked. AC perfect! The bathroom was adequate and clean. There was some banging noises from somewhere in the complex each night around 7pm till 9pm. not sure what it was about. the wall are not sound proof but other guest were quite so not s problem. GREAT LOCATION for center rome experience. I have to give it a overall 10 because of the value and location to Archeological sites ,access to transportation and value.
