Good experience!
We had such a great experience here! The host was amazing and super responsive to any questions we had. She had suggestions for activities and places to see. The subway was right around the corner which made transportation very easy and accessible. And also who doesn’t love a free breakfast! It was a great time.

The room is exactly as you see in the photos. Very clean! Matilde was very responsive and communicated well! Close to the Vatican. Fridge in room with snacks and drinks.

Perfect location!
We stayed for 4 days. Matilda was a perfect host and helped when we needed it. We walked everywhere! 8 minutes to the vatican. The neighborhood offered wonderful food and friendly company. I hope to someday come back.

We had a great time in Rome staying in this B & B for 5 days. It’s very convenient and walking distance to the Vatican, shops and restaurants! Daily breakfast included in a nearby restaurant! Landlord Matilde Pavone was a great host! This B & B is highly recommended!

Good choice
Our stay was very pleasant. The neighborhood is quieter than the heart of the old city but hs restaurants and services. The B&B is very close to the metro and the Vatican/St Peter's. Matilde was very responsive and kind. For Americans used to large breakfasts: the breakfast is a cappuccino and croissant at a nice bar next door.

Great location and comfortable stay
The host met us for check in and walked us through the property. She was also available during our stay, which was really helpful. The room is simple but comfortable. Having a mini fridge and coffee maker were great and the included breakfast made us feel like Romans. The best part of this room is its location. Close to the metro, we only needed a cab once during our ten-day stay. The rest of the time, we either walked or took the metro. Highly recommend this place. If we make it back to Rome, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great stay, wonderful host
It was a wonderful stay, the attention to detail about everything to make our stay comfortable was remarkable. Matilde welcomed us even though our flight was delayed and we reached late in the night. The property itself is self sufficient and matches the description and more. Nothing was too much for Matilde and she was a msg away if we had any queries. Definitely recommend

We loved our first time in Italy
Matilde is the most wonderful host. Our stay at her place in Italy was wonderful. The location is perfecto. Very close to all the attractions you want to see. Only a 6 minute walk from the Vatican, quick taxi rides to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain or just a 15/20 minute walk; and you can enjoy the beautiful streets of Rome in your way. Not only is the location ideal for how quiet it is compared to staying directly in the city, Matilde is the most wonderful host. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate us during our time in Rome. There is not a doubt in my mind; if we return to Rome we know exactly where we are staying.

Matilda's property is clean, functional and very close to the Vatican Museums! Everywhere is is a walk away or a taxi. Matilde was a great host with superb communication and was very flexible with our requests. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to explore.

Mathilde, the host/owner was lovely… room was very clean and quiet….7 minute walk to the Vatican, 3-5 metro stops to tourist areas. Coffee and croissant provided from a friendly caffe next door. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place
Sparkling clean, comfortable, well-located property! The personable, very attentive manager/owner was extremely attentive and helpful, answering and taking care promptly of every need. It was a place we would love to come back to!
