Absolutely breathtaking views & Hospitality!
Host Elvis & MayAnn are wonderful people and hosts to this property. All the villas are clean and comfortable. Its remote so the beach is basically a private beach and theres conveniences of food and restaurants in about 15 mins away. You will love your stay here! Definitely coming back!

Great View and beautiful water
Check in was simple. Got in early enough that we were able to eat at the restaurant and the food was very good. Only stayed one night because we had an early flight, but would definetely stay there again.

Lovely Spot
We absolutely enjoyed this location. We were only there one night, but got a great feel for the host/owners and the beach. We were greeted instantly and felt welcomed in by everyone that worked there. The dock was perfect to watch the lemon sharks and the sting rays come through in the evening. They have a great little boat trip over to see the pigs, starfish, sandbar, etc. Well worth it!

It overlooked the beautiful water. The beach was so close. The on-site restaurant was excellent. Maryanne and Elvis are both so gracious! They were a delight!

The place was nice but very out of the way
We had ants in our room and there is no easy way to get food unless you have a car. The restaurant is great but only open 12-4. Maryann (the resort owner I believe) was amazing and got us food when the restaurant was closed since we had no car to get food ourselves. My reservation process was not great because no one seemed to know we were coming, but ultimately everything worked out and it was a fine place to stay.

Really enjoyed our time!
This property is nicely situated at the top part of Exuma with several nice beaches and small islands nearby to explore. The staff is friendly, the property isn't crowded, and you have just about everything you need here to have a great time if you're looking for a quiet vacation.

We will be back!!
Exuma Point Beach Resort AKA Swimming Pigs Beach Resort We knew we wanted to stay somewhere with a laid-back “local” feel when we were planning our swim with the pigs Exuma trip and with Tory and Exuma Point Beach Resort we found exactly what we had in mind. Tory met us at the airport with his genuine Bahamanian accent and infectious laugh. We followed him out to the resort, which is about 20 -25 minutes from the airport but with very little traffic on island the drive is nothing to complain about. The airport is almost in the middle of the island so staying on either end the drive is about the same. The property is not a typical large resort but is a well laid out group of colorful oceanview cottages with an oceanfront restaurant on the property. Tory showed us to our cottage and gave us terrific insight about the property, the history of Rolleville and current events happening on the island. Our cottage was The Lignum Vitae, a 2 bedroom 2 bath charming brightly teal colored cottage. We were pleasantly surprised to find the cottage to be very clean and well organized. The living room was furnished a love seat, arm chair, side table, coffee table and TV stand packed with large beach towels, there was also had a TV which we never turned on because we were always out and about exploring. The dine in kitchen had a full size fridge, propane stove, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and a bar height bistro table. Both bedrooms were decorated in a beach team with queen beds, side chairs, night stands and dressers. The bathrooms were standard baths with tub/shower combs and had all the towels our 4 member family needed for our weeks stay. Hotel type shampoos and soaps were provided. We requested additional beach towels which the housekeeper delivered with a big smile. WiFi was free and reliable. We explored the entire island from end to end, eating at quaint little tucked away local places and at larger resort restaurants but it wasn’t until the last 2 days of our stay that we discovered the best food on island was right there at Exuma Point Resort. Mary Ann, co-owner of the resort and head cook, was gracious and friendly, making us feel right at home. She did whatever she could to accommodate our kid’s meal request even adding items that were not on the menu. She made the most delicious Grouper fingers we have tasted and we hail from the Cayman Islands which is known for some of the best culinary experiences in the Caribbean. Tory stopped by each
