"This place is fun, thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. The decor was so lively, colorful and fun to live in for a couple of days. The extra amenities like the sound machines, touch lamps and even heated toilet seats were appreciated! The king beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious! Nice area that is walkable and we felt safe even walking after dark. If we return to area we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!"

"Really nice place in a great location"

"The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. "This homeowner charged our travel insurance almost $500 because their toilet stopped up and for some towels and washcloths that we absolutely did NOT take with us. They were determined to get more money out of us. We regret staying here."
