「Whilst most of the facilities were good, our bath had 2 marks where the ceramic had been damaged. This did not spoil things for us, but it would probably be better to rip out the bath and replace with a shower.」

「Good, solid place. It really is a monastery with large grounds and impressive buildings. Welcome was very friendly and helpful. The property is dated, but in fairly good order. Bed was good. Breakfast was cereal and toast type. I was hoping for full breakfast but was not offered. Mirfield also a nice town/village, just avoid school closing time as very busy」

「Bedside floating table missing. Worktops showing signs of age/wear. Bath had age stains on bottom. Bathroom Flooring peeling away from Bath side/floor. Walls had been filled but required painting . The chair had ingrained dust around outside of seat」

「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」

「Good stay. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Room clean and had all required amenities, although I found the bed a little too soft, but my husband slept well. Staff very friendly, although we requested extra tea bags and milk twice, but it didn’t arrive. Went down to reception but unmanned. However, Harry on the bar was brilliant.」
