"The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The street outside can get a bit noisy but the location is great near Piazza Dante Metro & taxi. "

There is plenty of space in all of the rooms (way more than expected!) and the area is safe thanks to the gated courtyard. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"Excellent modern hotel built only 4 years ago. Everything in the property looks new. The rooms were spacious for a family of 4. Loved the vicinity to our Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano boat tour meeting point at Torre del Greco. "

"Historic hotel over looking the ocean and mountains views. Breathtaking rooftop for daily breakfast it’s a life if you get a chance to indulge. Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding. "
