"Let me start by saying that yes, the property and cabins are dated. Yes, they are little musty. Let’s call them “rustic”. That being said, the bed and pillows were comfy, plenty of hot water and the property itself was perfect for what we needed. My husband and I took our adult kids and our 2 year old grandson to Santa’s Village for the weekend. The baby loved all the room to run, played to his hearts content at the little playground and my adult kids had a great time in the pool and playing...

"Blast from the past 1960’s vibe with blue toilet, bath and sink! Comfortable beds. Quaint little town. Has breakfast at Polly’s Pancake House just up the road."

"Location is central to Lincoln attractions. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Toilet seat hinge was loose so seat slid around a bit. Towels were soft and of good quality. Temps were cool so I did not try the pool, but it looked clean and inviting."

"My stay was great. The room was spacious but felt like home. The bathroom was large and the room was well equipped. I loved the binder with the details of the area. There was no street noise and the property is beautiful. "

"As far as motels go it was clean, convenient and quiet. The rooms were small but had a fridge and cable television. The pool was clean and the grounds were cute! A little fire pit and access to the river were nice, and there are several good restaurants in walking distance. "

"If you don't need a pool at all the fancy amenities that the $300 a night Hotel gives you then this is a place for you. Clean quiet comfortable. Very accommodating host as well."

"After the eclipse we were caught in the worst traffic I have ever seen. At one point, on an interstate highway, in one hour forty minutes we made less than 10 miles. It became apparent that we could not get the the Rodeway Inn before the scheduled closing of the office at midnight. We called ahead, and the clerk remained on duty until we arrived at about 12:10AM. I could not explain how grateful we were."

"Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out...
