"I booked an ocean front efficiency room on the same day I arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised; it was a large room with two beds, a desk, loveseat, and a separate kitchen. It is an older hotel, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare my own meals from the brightly lit kitchen and relax and take great pictures from my balcony when I wasn’t at the beach. As an added bonus, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve paid a lot more for a terrible view at the Marriott, and the rooms are outdated for what they charge. Perry’s offers a spacious, clean room with a kitchen and an oceanfront view for a great price! "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night and wish they had availability for more. The hotel has kept their property in great condition and keep up on the maintenance of the building. To start, the hotel offers its legal age guests a welcome cocktail in the breakfast area from 5:30-6:30 p.m. After enjoying a drink, we checked into our room and were pleasantly surprised. To start, the bathroom is up to date. All of the bathroom fixtures are new, the toilet was a standard height, self flushing toilet, the towels were soft and plentiful. In the room itself, the pillows/sheets were in great condition and the sheets were soft. The hotel had enough options for breakfast and everything was in plastic to keep it sanitary for other guests. The exit to the pool was always well supplied with pool towels for the guests. Around the pool, there were plenty of chairs to enjoy watching the waves, eating breakfast or taking a rest from the pool. The pool did have children playing football in it and there was no staff to supervise the area for all guests to enjoy. The children did take over the hot tub as well and made it difficult to relax. Getting to the beach was very easy as long as you had your room key. At the gate was a hose and shower to use upon returning to get all of the sand off! The staff is very helpful and returned money that we left behind. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future."
