Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Great family getaway in the Ozark!
Wilderness Club has something for everyone! We especially enjoy the all-inclusive activities! Paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, miniature golf, lake access, and beautiful poos are included. Dining is pricey. We recommend eating some meals in the room, bringing your own food. The kitchenette is helpful for this.

Wilderness Club along with all that Big Cedar has to offer is a great vacation destination. If you like activities that have water involved look no further. The options are endless. For those who want more land based there fabulous options. Lots of food and bar options too. I will definitely be back.

Great way to stay at Big Cedar without paying Cabin prices
I grew up coming to big cedar lodge and staying in the cabins with my family but was hesitant to pay the cabin nightly rates when planning a family trip this spring. The stay at the Wilderness Club was a great compromise because we were still able to enjoy the amenities of both the Big Cedar and Wilderness Club sides without the hefty price tag. Our room was nice enough and as advertised. The kitchen was a wonderful amenity, allowing us to cook a few meals in instead of going out. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the property was a little loud (more so footsteps than anything else) but that didn’t bother us much. If anything I was more concerned that my tiny toddler elephants were bothering our neighbors with their stomping. All in all we had a great stay at the wilderness club.

My husband and I stayed in a studio; our daughter, son-in-law- and 18-month-old child stayed in a 1-bedroom. The 450-sq.-ft. studio didn't feel cramped or crowded for the two of us, and the 900-sq.-ft. was spacious enough for the Pack-and-Play and high chair and toys. We all loved the cookies too! We will stay here again.

BAD BED
GREAT TIME AND WE WILL RETURN WITH ENTIRE FAMILY I AM SURE AT SOME POINT. BAD NEW WAS THE BED, IT WAS SHOT AND I RECOMMEND YOU DRINK HEAVILY TO STAY IN THIS UNIT IF THEY DON'T GET A NEW MATTRESS.

Great getaway
Great family destination! Room worked well for 4 people. Kitchenette had all we needed, including a toaster. Lots of fun at Fun Mountain for kids, arcade, bumper cars, go carts. Pool and lazy river felt nice on hot days. Pool staff assigned chairs to monitor capacity but were not lifeguarding the pool, were just at the gate when you came in. Dorothy's chicken at Devil Pool Restaurant is a must try! Kids cant wait to go back!! Would prefer a top floor lodge in future if available to not hear guest above walking about at night since we turn in early most nights.
