The Space:
Spacious 1-bedroom unit with ample storage, private bedroom, separate dining, and kitchen areas. Conveniently located near casinos, Lake Tahoe, rodeo, and the University in a vibrant neighborhood.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guest Access:
Easy and full access. It is one of 4 units, and we will send you check-in instructions upon arrival.

There is a designated parking space for unit “C“ and you should park there. If you have extra cars you’ll need to find street parking for them.

Great apartment home base to hang out in Reno. King bed super comfy, all the things you need in the kitchen and bath. Parking is close, but if you have a second car the neighborhood street parking is limited.

Fun Getaway, Central Location
Our family of 5, plus 1, came to Reno to explore the museums. This vrbo was near a great park that allowed the Littles to waste their energy. The location is close to everything we wanted to do, it was easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting Reno. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
