The door wouldn’t shut properly there was no TV you could hear all the sounds it felt like I was living in a slum I always thought that Howard Johnson’s was supposed to have really nice hotels. It’s my first time in one and I’ll never do it again.

Property was located in the area I wanted to be in, but noise from traffic and other tenants took getting used to. The breakfast set out in the morning had a poor selection. Not even fresh pastries or juices.

They never gave me a final bill. They dont clean the rooms unless you put in a special request. Ceiling leaked from room above. Homeless drug addicts are sleeping in the stairwell. The only good thing is that it is in the middle of downtown Reno, and a block from i 80.

The staff & service is just for the person who helped me with the check in on Monday night, he was really nice. The room smelled bad, dirty sheets, and towels had hair on it. I reported the bathtub didn’t work, they didn’t fixed it. When I was showering the water didn’t go away.

I went to check in on Monday dec 11th and I was told I was unable to check in because I did t have the physical debit card. I use Apple Pay/bank card on my phone. I booked through Expedia and was told I would be unable to check in. I had to no debit physical debit card with me at the time so I went and stayed at the circus circus. I was still charged even though they denied my stay

Room was dirty, refused refund and not offered different room for very tagged room (tv, walls, door, lamp,etc) were tagged, what looked like rat poop on floor, toilet was dirty, room hadn’t been swept, door had a large enough gap to easily break in… definitely not worth it.
