「My two school age boys and I stayed one night to attend a wrestling tournament the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and actively enaged in conversation when I was in the lobby. We go to Grand Rapids a few times each year for wrestling, this will be "My Place" to go.」

「We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme.」

「I don't know where to begin this other than the kindness of strangers shown through. My husband, our dog and I ended up staying during a snow storm. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean, the beds comfy, and location was awesome. Definitely a 10 out of 10.」
