"Great location close to surfers but that was the only part that justifies the price. Bbq not working, lights in main ensuite flickering, bath in main ensuite leaked (like literally poured water out of the bottom over the floor) No dryer, glass fence around the pool looks like it is literally going to fall over For $8,500 for a week very poor. I’ve actually never written a poor review, as a small business owner myself I really hate to do it but large year we had very similar accomodation in...

"We had a fantastic stay at this house on the Gold Coast! It was spotlessly clean and in an ideal location, close to everything but still peaceful. The house was spacious and perfect for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Was a good place to stay as it was close to a family event. More relaxed than a hotel room. You do have to find parking on the street though as there isn’t any space in the visitor parking area. One night we ended up quite a distance away as the street was full so that was inconvenient."

"This property was pretty good. Very relaxed. We stayed in a beach shack, it was pretty minimal for the price. The bathroom walls are not insulated making the bathroom a sauna during the day. On check out day, you are directed to empty the rubbish. This is annoying. I'm on holiday, I've paid for an over-priced room, yet I have to empty the bins before I go. Isn't this what the cleaning staff are paid for? Not the vibe for me. "

"The location and views can’t be beat. Perfect area for everything to see, eat and do. Though, considering the property is fairly new, the room maintenance has not been kept up or modernized. Broken handles and flooring, clogged sinks and ungraded shower that fills the bathroom with water, no USB charging ports, only one mirror in the entire two bedroom apt. which was in the bathroom and since there isn’t a fan, it was always fogging up. "My brief stay at voco Gold Coast was exceptional. Although I was only there for one night, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added a special touch to the experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and Cavill Avenue, and the tram stop conveniently located just outside made getting around effortless. As my visit was short, I didn’t have the opportunity to fully explore the hotel’s services, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. They ensured my stay was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. I would gladly return for a longer stay and highly recommend voco Gold Coast to anyone visiting the area."
