"Stayed 2 nights. Had some issues with room, spoke to shift manager and she changed my room. Conveniently located to tram stop snd by the beach. Only disappointment was the outdoor hot tub which is now used as lunge pool. Service was fast and friendly and buffet breaky was yummmy "

"Rooms were a bit outdated but quite comfortable and with a lovely view. Ocean view room definitely a major upgrade on the standard 2 bedroom rooms especially while there’s construction beside the hotel on the new Meriton high rise. The pool and facilities were excellent for adults and kids."

"I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal."
