Room upgrade are not available (maybe understandable) because they said they are fully booked. Our room have a horrible view the only thing that you can see is the other windows from other rooms. The welcome drinks are available only between 5-10pm and you have to ask it from the front desk and grab it from restaurant- how can you say it is a welcome beverage? and the breakfast vouchers are not available until 10pm .

We came there late and said in the front desk that their system not working due to power outage so we wait longer an hr and said still their fixing their system then they gave us room but when we entered theirs a people in the room.This is terrible experience and we ending up to go other other as they cannot give us a room to stay

The pool was dark, not lite well, and now I k is why- very dirty. The breakfast buffet, well there was more food in the floor than on the buffet table, not one clean table to sit at (none had been cleared)

Easy to find. Listed as iHotel. But it reads Radisson on the outside…fairly confused. At least inside the iHotel advertising was visible. Hoping they add IHotel to the signage outside. Awesome location. Good beds. Clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Breakfast good
