Good location, close to shopping and dining options. Nice casino with competent staff, good food and a fun atmosphere. Older, updated and remodeled hotel shows its age a little in some of the rooms, but the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and parking is easy. Would definitely stay here again.

burrrr...You may want to make sure your room comes with heat. -20 outside good thing the duvet on the bed was warm. Both my husband and I said something to the front desk they seem to be aware of a problem, and epithetic but said they couldn't help us as we booked through 3rd party expedia manager was supposed to contact us didn't say when?

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Red Deer. The only negative was the room was so cold Saturday night. It was late and didn't call down but told the receptionist Sunday morning. We did have loud boys slamming doors all weekend after 11 pm. It would be great to have someone do rounds when there are tournaments. I don't mind even if the group is up till midnight. Doors were being slammed one night till 1230. I love the garden restaurant, the Alberta burger is the best and the service is wonderful. The hotel reception staff are great, friendly and quick to help. The beds are so comfortable. We enjoy our stay every time.

I stayed for one night. During my initial Expedia booking I made a mistake with my date. Thanks to the hotel’s agreement with Expedia, they were able to adjust my booking, which I really appreciated. The hotel is a bit dated, but renovations were clearly underway, which is a positive sign. I liked that the casino is separate from the main lobby and tower rooms, making the overall environment quieter. The elevator had added security, requiring a hotel room key to access the tower floors, which was reassuring. The room was a good size, but I think the beds need replacing as the mattress sagged in the middle. Even as a single traveler, I noticed the sagging, which impacted comfort. The bar and food service were both good and quick. The pool and hot tub area were impressively clean, and there were no signs of rust, which is common with indoor pools. I would stay here again.

We decided to stay at the resort overnight while passing through the town. checkin was quick and easy, staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty late and parking lot was quite full but still managed to find a spot close to the casino area which was a bit of a distance to the main lobby and an inconvenience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean with your basic supplies ( soap, shampoo conditioner, towels and hair dryer) but the sink counter was very low; especially for a for my husband who is over 6’ tall. The property was clean and well maintained, with a few restaurants and shops to browse. All in all is a good place to stay.
