"I needed a place to stay locally that was pet free as my daughter’s friend has allergies. Very charming home. Comfy beds with crisp clean sheets, full kitchen, plenty of extra linens. There is a great outdoor space with fire pit, outdoor furniture, gas grill. I am a first timer with VRBO’s and found it to be way less complicated than expected. This area is a safe suburb of Kansas City and only about 20 min from Arrowhead stadium, WOF and downtown. Would definitely visit again!"

"The property suited our family well (5 kids plus Mom & Dad)! It is a historic home in a historic neighborhood of a charming town. Excelsior Springs is close enough to KC for convenience but still has the charm of a small town. The house has 4 nice sized bedrooms with beds that are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped to cook for the family. It was very clean as well with all hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend the property to any family."

"I rented this resort house and venue space for a staycation and my husband's surprise 55th birthday. Tania and Mark were awesome. They were easy to contact and very responsive. They helped me through the entire process. The house and the event space were beautiful and well equipped. The grounds are well cared for with gorgeous views! "My family came together to enjoy the holiday weekend. We rented 2 houses next door to one another. We gathered in the larger home for meals, games and visiting. Both houses were clean, modern and had the coffee bar stocked nicely. The furniture was comfortable and arranged well for our group of 13. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and dryer sheets which we greatly appreciated. Each house had 4 bedrooms. One of the king beds in the smaller house was broken so adults couldn’t use it....
