Top notch location, staff, hotel, room, amenities. Nothing about the hotel was plain and simple. Elegant and tastefully done. Bed was very comfortable. The room was so inviting you wouldn't mind staying in and ordering room service. Staff made us feel special, accommodating every request we made! Stayed for 3 nights and came back for one more night ( within the same vacation) because it was that good! The experience wasn't perfect but Juan( hotel manager) was there to put things back in order.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a seamless check-in experience and helpful local tips. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right on Gran Vía and within walking distance of major attractions like Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and Plaza Mayor. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite being in the city center. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. Overall, Hotel Atlantico exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madrid.

We have been customers of the hotel for the past 20 years. Excellent hotel at a good price. They recently changed all the front desk staff, not as friendly and helpful as the previous ones. Hotel is undergoing improvements and the restaurant is temporarily in the lobby, which is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is good, with ample selection.
