"Apartment was clean and well furnished. Was much better than renting hotels. Although it’s listed as “sleeps 4,” you have to be tiny people. Both beds were full sized (not queen) and too small to comfortably sleep 2 adults. Size of beds and distance from room to entrance are my only reason for 4/5 stars. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Be sure to reserve parking before check in or chances are you won’t get any. "

"Room was very clean and up to date, location and proximity to many places was very convenient. The only complaint from the family was regarding the noise level entering room from street traffic. Road was very busy during night hours. Could hear every single thing all night."

"Comfortable and quiet room. Our bathroom door would not shut but overall the room was nice for an older hotel. Unfortunately we were on a road trip vacation and happened to stay when 1500 students showed up for a convention. Waiting more than a half an hour for the elevator was unimpressive. Not the hotels fault "

"This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno"

"The lobby is nice. I felt secure in the room. My tv didn’t work, I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I figured if I called again they would have already gone home for the day. "

"Convenient downtown location"

"Room was great and very clean. The firepit was lovely and being able to stay w/ our dog was also a plus. Parking was limited and sort of frustrating that there wasn't enough parking for the amount of rooms/guests, but we were directed by reception to park in the alley and it worked. Overall would recommend for the midtown area. Thanks!"

"It’s a very good property. It looks either new or remodeled recently. Great breakfast! Room is not very big, but it’s big enough. Close to movie theater and grocery shopping if needed. Good for families because it’s a suite. Only downside is that sometimes the road traffic is noisy at night. "

"We asked for a different room because the first was too far to walk as I am handicapped and forgot to mention when booking. They switched without issue. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was quiet and super clean. All the toiletries were provided. I barely had to unpack anything but my toothbrush and pajamas. They were very pet friendly and my 2dogs were very happy "
