"I got an upgrade to a newer unit and closer to the beach which is awesome. The room that I was in is fantastic. Clean and modern looking. Staff are very nice and helpful. The beach is clean and well maintained. I think it’s the cleanest beach of all east part of phi phi island. I took 1 star out because my husband had a piece of metal in his omelette."

"We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions. "

Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby if you want to try something different. Really good gym and pool facilities and super polite staff. Loved this place. Hope to come back one day. "

"This hotel was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Marisa (Us), the shuttle driver and security guard they were so helpful. Arrived 18th July 2024 and stayed for 3 weeks. Had a private pool which was great. Our room was big with lovely decor. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty especially the omelettes. There was a lot of variety of food. Main pools were nice. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach. Over all this was a lovely hotel to stop...
