"The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too"

"Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone...

"From the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, we had an enjoyable experience. 24h coffee, lattes, tea and hot chocolate, was served. Breakfast was included and one had a variety to choose from. The rooms were neat and comfortable with a front desk that one could phone for any reason. The gardens are truly a delight and we felt very spoiled."
